French Starred Cuisine Arrives in Montenegro!

We are proud to announce that this October, in the refined setting of Lazure Hotel & Marina, the prestigious event French Starred Cuisine will take place – a unique occasion that brings together haute gastronomy and culture.

This exceptional project is realized through the partnership between Lazure Hotel & Marina and the organization I Love France, with the logistical support of the International Union of the Alsace Region. Over the past years, the project has proven its importance in promoting destinations worldwide, encouraging the recognition of culinary excellence, and contributing to international acclaim for restaurants in host countries.

At the gala dinner, scheduled for October 19, 2025, Lazure Hotel & Marina will welcome legendary French chef Michel Husser, owner of the only restaurant in the world that has continuously held a Michelin star for 88 years, along with Christian Cottard, world vice-champion in pastry.

The official host of this prestigious project in Montenegro is Lazure Hotel & Marina. Recognizing its potential and value, the Municipality of Herceg Novi and the Herceg Novi Tourism Organization have also extended their support, designating it as an event of strategic importance for positioning Montenegro as a destination of luxury tourism and fine gastronomy.

French Starred Cuisine is not just a gastronomic spectacle – it is a bridge of collaboration and long-term vision, connecting people, destinations, and values through the art of cooking.
