French Cuisine With Michelin Stars At Lazure Hotel & Marina

In the refined setting of Lazure Hotel & Marina in Herceg Novi, an exclusive Michelin gastronomic dinner was held, bringing together numerous distinguished guests, diplomats, and representatives of the hotel and hospitality industry.

The event was organized in cooperation between Lazure Hotel & Marina and the initiative “I Love France”, with the support of the City of Herceg Novi and the Tourist Organization of Herceg Novi, which recognized the importance of this evening for promoting the destination and enhancing its tourism offer.

The evening was ceremoniously opened by Branko Putnik, General Manager of Lazure Hotel & Marina, who expressed pride that the hotel hosted a dinner inspired by French culinary tradition and Michelin standards:
“The Michelin Dinner at Lazure Hotel & Marina confirms our dedication to excellence and our ambition for Herceg Novi to be recognized as a destination of top gastronomy and luxury leisure. I am especially pleased that our young chefs had the opportunity to work side by side with outstanding Michelin chefs from France, enriching their experience and contributing to the quality of our hotel’s offering.”

During the evening, Slađana Novaković, President of the I Love France Association, also addressed the audience, highlighting the importance of cultural and gastronomic exchange between France and Montenegro, as well as cooperation with the International Union of the Alsace Region.

Exceptional creations were presented by Michel Husser, owner of the only restaurant in the world that has continuously held a Michelin star for 88 years, and Christian Cottard, a world-renowned pastry chef and vice-champion in the art of patisserie. Their dishes combined French tradition with Mediterranean notes — such as bluefin tuna carpaccio with citrus, duck foie gras roulade with white truffle, and caramelized pork rack with celeriac risotto, while desserts by Christian Cottard — especially the iced cappuccino with chicory cream — delighted all guests.

This Michelin dinner once again confirmed the status of Lazure Hotel & Marina as a place that unites luxury, culture, and international cooperation, positioning Herceg Novi on the map of destinations that uphold the highest standards of hospitality and unique gastronomic experiences.
